3. No Custody of Funds

Sentinel Trading Labs does not provide custodial, brokerage, or money management services. We never have access to, hold, or manage your cryptocurrency or fiat funds. All trading activities occur exclusively on your own third-party exchange accounts (e.g., your preferred broker). We are a software service provider and do not facilitate the transfer or storage of assets.

Our services are managed and billed through the Whop Marketplace. All subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations, must be handled through your Whop account. Refunds are subject to Whop's terms and the specific refund policy outlined on our Whop marketplace page.
